What should I bring to class?
A list of what to bring: Water is provided, if you wish anything different, you may bring it with you as well as any snacks you want. Wear comfortable clothing as a good portion of the class is spent kneeling. (1″ thick pads for the knees are provide).
How long is the certification valid?
Typically, CPR certification is valid for two years, after which recertification is required.
